All Classique watch orders are shipped out fully insured by certified postal couriers with own tracking number.

If the item is customised, then please allow up to an extra 3 weeks for the item to be assembled. Our customer service agents will message you with an update if there is any added wait time. Otherwise, please allow up to 2 business days for the item to be shipped out of our Sydney office.

Important: All shipments will require a signature upon delivery, therefore please be at the shipping address at the time of delivery. If unattended, your parcel will be taken to a local post office for collection. The courier will leave a card.
